Appart-Hotel EZZAHIA by HMS

The location is perfect, and breakfast the next morning was good, but I'd only suggest this place for a stop of a day or less. Our room was small, and despite the strong cleaner smell, it still looked dirty and dusty in some pictures. The shower swung between boiling and freezing, with no comfortable temperature in between. Check-in took a long time. It depended on a phone call to someone to update the system, and that update was slow and not done on time.

The service was welcoming, and breakfast was delicious. I also liked the beds, sofa, and TV, and the rooms and pool were good. Still, the room had a bad smell, and I didn't like the location. Crossing the road was difficult because cars wouldn't stop for us. The pool was amazing, but very deep, which felt scary the first time I got in. I'd give the hotel three stars.

The room was dirty and smelled awful, and the bathroom wasn't clean either. The shower kept clogging. I reported it repeatedly, but nobody helped. There was no internet, and the staff were rude throughout. Reception's customer service was unprofessional and rude. Breakfast was a disgrace, with disgusting food and dirty plates. When I asked for clean ones, they refused and didn't bother to help. I definitely won't stay here again. I'd pay a bit more for better service and comfort somewhere else.

The pool was good, and the air conditioning worked properly. The staff weren't rude, and I had a good experience overall. The one real problem was how bad the room smelled.
