Breakfast was a bright spot every morning, fresh and satisfying, like a warm reset. I also had trouble with some Moroccan dishes because my tongue and stomach weren’t cooperating, and the staff let me keep my Nigerian food in their fridge without making an issue of it. That understanding meant a lot. The people here made the stay. Aissam welcomed me with kindness and calm professionalism. A tall, slim staff member was quietly attentive, and an elderly gentleman walked all the way with me to the rooftop when I mentioned wanting dinner there. No fuss, just kindness. After my room was cleaned, I found a thank-you note from the cleaner, which made the room feel cared for by real people. From the first day I felt noticed, listened to, and looked after. The warmth felt sincere, not rehearsed. Riam Flam & Spa feels like a place where people really care, and I’m leaving grateful for that, not just with memories. Thank you, truly 🤍

The rooftop and jacuzzi were fantastic, and breakfast was lovely each day. We stayed for 8 nights and found the staff welcoming, friendly, and genuine. They also gave us good advice. Thank you for such a lovely time in marrakech!

The old building and atmospheric alley in the Media give this beautiful Riad a bit of magic. It’s not a modern hotel, and that’s part of what makes it special. The rooms are comfortable, the view is lovely, breakfast is great, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend.

That bed was super comfy, and breakfast was wonderful. The atmosphere is perfect, too. The staff do everything they can to make you feel welcome and make the stay memorable.

The rooftop terrace, with its jacuzzi and lounge area, was my favorite place to unwind after exploring. I also tried the on-site spa for its hammam and massages, which added another relaxing touch. Breakfast was served in the calm courtyard, with a nice range of local dishes, and the staff made the mornings feel special with their genuine attention. I stayed in the twin room, which was spacious and clean, with traditional Moroccan decor alongside modern comforts, including air conditioning and a well-appointed bathroom. The service was attentive and warm throughout, and I felt very welcome. Riad Flam & Spa is tucked into the medina, an easy walk from the busy Souks and Jemaa El Fna square. Even with that central location, it felt peaceful inside. The stay exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly come back next time I’m in Marrakech.
