Riad Golfame

A real hidden gem, with an ideal location. The rooms are amazing and the customer service is five-star. I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay, and I’ll be back on my next trip.

The staff made this stay feel magical. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and helpful, and they went out of their way at every turn. The Riad feels like a quiet, private little oasis in the chaotic Medina, in a central but quieter area. My spacious room was comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom and a private terrace facing the courtyard and looking over the pool. The decor is excellent, mixing traditional and modern styles through its materials and colors. Breakfast was great, and the rooftop view over the whole city is a real gem.

I liked the peaceful hotel, the fine breakfast, and the kind owner. But checkout became a problem. We’d already paid Booking, then they tried to charge us again because the virtual card had failed. They should have contacted Booking to sort it out instead of holding us there while calling them on an international line to resolve their issue.

Abdu, Khalil, and the lady in the kitchen treated me really well. They even did my laundry for free. The room was clean, and I loved the Riad’s atmosphere. It’s easy to find and close to the bazaar. Thank you for the service, I was really happy staying here :)
