We got traditional tea and little cakes when we arrived, and Emma deserves special thanks for making our stay memorable. The riad is directly in the Medina. Our room was nice, authentic, clean, and air-conditioned. There’s a small pool and terrace on the roof.

Emma was lovely and very accommodating, and the shared areas are nice. But I’m confused by the rating and photos for this place. Maybe the rooms upstairs are different, but the ground-floor room was incredibly depressing: dark, old, smelly, and fairly unclean. The bathroom needs a complete refurbishment. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The exterior doesn’t give much away, but inside it was clean and our stay was pleasant. The ladies were very friendly and always smiling, and the staff were nice. The food was great too. The location is good, though a bit tricky to find: go through the wooden-gate-like alley, take the first right, and continue about 200 metres. There are only a few signs on the walls to confirm you’re on the right way.

A very pleasant stay in a clean riad with Moroccan-style rooms. It’s right in the heart of the Médina, and all the staff were friendly, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed.

The room was dirty, with hair left in the bed and a bad smell, and the service was poor. We were also refused a second night because our triple room had one man and two women. I understand that this is prohibited, but they could have told us before taking our money. This was the worst place I’ve stayed. Avoid it at any cost.
