We were disappointed because the stay didn't match what the website described. No one offered us lunch, dinner, hammhammer, or laundry, and the staff didn't make any amenities available, although they were courteous. Our room, Samsara, was nice, but not well maintained: several bathroom light bulbs were missing, one LED hung down in the shower, and another flickered constantly. It was VERY cold in the room despite the space heater they provided. The location was good, a little deep in the medina, which also made it quiet.

The riad is in a fantastic, very central location, yet it stays quiet. The beds are good, and there's air conditioning so you can set the temperature you like.

The central location made it easy to explore Marrakech, and the staff shared useful recommendations for attractions and places to eat. Breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh, flavorful Moroccan dishes each morning and lovely attention to detail. We were also pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The rooms were beautifully appointed, mixing modern comfort with the riad's authentic Moroccan style, and felt like a calm oasis in the busy city. From the moment we arrived, the traditional decor and charming atmosphere won us over. The whole team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and their hospitality made our stay memorable. Riad Lorsya surpassed our expectations. The warmth of the staff, the upgrade, and the delicious breakfast made for an unforgettable visit. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and luxurious stay in the heart of Marrakech. Thank you to the entire team at Riad Lorsya for making our stay so special!

The rooftop terrace is a lovely surprise, with great views across the Medina and a peaceful feel even though the souk is right nearby. The rooms have a special atmosphere that makes you feel transported somewhere new, and the staff are so friendly. The food was wonderful too. I can't fault this Riad, and would highly recommend it for a real taste of Marrakesh.
