I arrived yesterday and stayed just one night. This felt like a dodgy place, especially for women travelling alone. The bathroom had a very strong foul smell, the linens were dirty and had hair on them, and the bathroom was freezing. The dark tunnels on the way back made the location feel unsafe. Staff became rude when I asked for a padlock to lock the riad door. I asked them to charge me only for the night I stayed, but they charged 50% of the original total even though I didn't stay longer. They then cancelled the booking on Booking.com and marked it as a no-show, which meant I couldn't leave a review there. I plan to open a claim on Booking.com and hope this doesn't happen to others. I strongly suggest avoiding this place.

My sister and I spent six nights at this beautiful, peaceful, luxurious Riad in the middle of the Medina. The staff were really caring and nice, and I can fully recommend staying there. Try the Yoga classes at Marrakech Yoga Studio too!

The location in the Médina is very good, and the place stays peaceful, with a lovely courtyard and terrace. The Riad is wonderful, with nice rooms, only four, I believe. Sofia and Abdou took great care of us and were absolutely charming. Sofia makes breakfast herself, and I believe dinner is available at the riad by request. We had a delicious chicken tagine when we arrived, perhaps one of the best meals we ate during our whole stay in Morocco. Highly recommend it.

The hotel was beautiful, and hearing birds in the morning made it feel fresh and cheerful. The rooftop was a nice place to relax. Breakfast was okay, nothing exciting. Some towels hadn't been replaced, and the aircon remote was dusty. I had trouble finding the hotel because the Google maps location wasn't accurate. I'd suggest booking a taxi through the hotel. It costs 25 euro, but someone will carry your luggage to the hotel.

The staff were great, and the riad is quiet with a lovely contemporary Moroccan ethnic style. Getting there can be a little tricky since Google Maps doesn’t guide you through the small alleyways, but that’s just how Marrakesh is.
