This family-owned riad gave us a warm welcome, and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. It's in an excellent location. I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Marrakesh who wants a taste of authentic Moroccan living.

The breakfast felt rooted in tradition, made with homemade, natural ingredients such as olive oil, amlou, and butter. From our first moment there, we were offered tea and made to feel at home, before we were even official guests. The riad is calm and modestly beautiful, with thoughtful spaces that made us feel comfortable and cared for. What stayed with me most was the kindness, emotion, and real human connection. That's the richness of this place.

The staff were wonderful, and we had such a good time in Morocco that I know where I'll stay if I return to Marrakesh. Our room was small, but had what we needed, including towels, a hair dryer, and lovely decor. The communal space is delightful, and the rooftop is nice too. Breakfast was included; we only tried it once, and enjoyed the coffee and orange juice. The location is great, just beyond the busiest areas and within a 15-minute walk of all the good places. The riad cat Mimi had kittens on our first day. They were adorable, we spent a lot of time with them, and the staff cared for them so well. You can hear everything happening around the building, though, so bear that in mind if making noise early or late.

After hours in the scorching heat, the air conditioning and daily room cleaning were much appreciated. The rooms were comfortable, though on the compact side, with smart storage that helped. There was a slight plumbing smell in the bathroom, which wasn't quite up to the room's standard, but it was kept immaculately clean. My wife and I came to Marrakesh for the first time hoping for the feel of a traditional riad instead of the hotels we're used to. The open layout, beautiful decor, and spotless condition made our stay a pleasure. The staff were particularly helpful, accommodating our dietary needs, translating local phone calls, and even preparing rooftop hookah. Their hospitality felt representative of Moroccan people. It can be tricky to find the riad at first, but its location is prime, close to the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square, markets, restaurants, and tourist spots. I'd highly recommend Riad Miel et une Nuit, and thank Abdullah and the team for their efforts during our stay 🙌🏽.

They charged my card, then cancelled my reservation for overbooking at 3pm on the day I was due to arrive, after check-in time, while I was on my way to the hotel. I'd booked months earlier and had to scramble to find somewhere else, wasting the limited time I had in Marrakech. They didn't respond to any of my messages. Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. Do not stay here.
