Riad Melouda is right in the city center, and the stay includes a traditional breakfast. The staff made it even more enjoyable and gave it a Moroccan feel: they were exceptionally friendly, cheerful, pleasant, and always ready to help. If you're looking to stay in a traditional Moroccan room, this is a great choice.

The hotel is gorgeous and has an antique feel, but what touched my heart most was one of the staff members. I've never forgotten how kind he was. If you're looking for kind staff, he's the one.

I loved seeing so many cats at the riad and how well people cared for them. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the old city location was great. Our room was cleaned very well every day. My boyfriend and I spent five days at Riad Milouda, and we are truly grateful we met Mustafa, who works there. He's an amazing person, always kind, sincere, and well-intentioned. Talking with him was one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast could have had fruit or some lighter options. We also booked a private Marrakesh tour through the riad with a guide they recommended, and it was an absolute disaster. He tried to scam us a couple of times, the tour was a very poor example of what not to do, and he left us alone many times to explore by ourselves. He wasn't capable of leading the tour, and we paid 50€. The riad also offered a desert tour for twice the price on GetYourGuide, which we definitely recommend using. Somehow Mustafa, just by being himself, repaired our impressions of the riad and Marrakesh. Brave heart!

The riad was clean and nice, and the service was good. The breakfast was okay, and the people were friendly. It's in a really good spot in the Medina, with a good Hamman on the same street.

The staff made our stay feel especially warm and personal. There were 10 of us, and they still remembered everyone’s names. We felt well looked after and got to enjoy genuine Moroccan hospitality. The riad itself is a beautiful boutique place with traditional design, right in the Old Medina and an easy walk from Jemma el Fna. Breakfast each morning was wonderful too.
