Riad Kheirredine

April 2026 The service was among the best I've ever had, from the time we booked right through to departure, and it made the stay extra special. The staff were brilliant, and our room, Musk, was amazing. The Riad itself is beautiful, and we loved having breakfast on the rooftop most mornings. The location was great for exploring the city on foot, and it felt very safe. The hotel also gave us a mobile phone so they could locate us if we got lost. We had a wonderful stay.

We felt welcome from start to finish thanks to the warm, attentive staff, and the service was probably the best we've ever had. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of high quality products. The fireplace in the breakfast room would make it especially cozy in winter. We also loved the fireplace in our room, which made it feel extra comfortable and special. The spa and massage were fantastic and deeply relaxing. Everything was just right for us, and we'd recommend the place without hesitation.

The staff kept checking in on us and helped even after we had left. We felt safe throughout, too: especially at night, someone would walk with us to the nearest point taxis could reach. They also gave us a mobile phone so we could contact the riad while out, which was extremely useful. Service like this is rare. Our Patchouli room was beautifully decorated and immediately gave us an authentic Moroccan feel. The whole property was spotless and thoughtfully laid out, with several places to relax, a gym, and multiple pools, including a lovely heated indoor one. Breakfast on the rooftop was rich and delicious, with impeccable service every morning. We asked one evening to have dinner in our room; the food was excellent, and it arrived promptly with friendly service. The airport pickup and escort to the riad went smoothly, and we were greeted with traditional Moroccan tea. It was an exceptional stay at Riad Kheirredine, and we'd definitely choose it again.

The care from the staff is what made this stay unforgettable. Tarik and Mr. Hassan walked us through the medina lanes whenever we needed, and Elena looked after us with such warmth and initiative that she felt like a mother. Everyone seemed to bring real energy and love to their work. We’ve stayed in five-star and even six-star places, and the hospitality here still stood out. We miss the team and Morocco already. Our room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of storage. The riad is made up of five connected houses, with rooms arranged to give each other privacy, and we never heard noise from other guests. There are several pools, a gym, TV room, restaurants, a bar, and a rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. The mornings up there were a highlight, with a breeze, distant snowy mountains, and little birds coming by as we ate. Breakfast was generous, and the staff were lovely. Ali was especially attentive and even took some nice photos of us. When we arrived, Tarik welcomed us from the car and brought our luggage in the riad’s carriage. Fatwa then greeted us in the courtyard lounge with tea, dates, and oranges, which guests could have freely whenever convenient. She cheerfully explained the property and Marrakech before showing us around. Riad Kheirredine felt like a peaceful refuge tucked into the busy medina. The property is beautiful without feeling intimidating, and the service explains its run of Trip Advisor awards as one of the best hotels in Africa and the world in its category.
