This was our sixth riad in Marrakesh this year. The room was a good size, but it wasn’t especially clean. We told them about the hair in the bathroom, and it was still there. It was a good stay, though we didn’t get the same family welcome we’d had at the other places.

Mehdi gave excellent service and attention, but the manager’s arrogant attitude and cheating us over the tourist tax left a bad impression. The room also needed maintenance, with cracks in the ceiling and walls, dirty doors and walls, and moisture damage. We had no hot water in the shower on two occasions during our four nights. The place is cute, but noise around 7-8am woke us several times on all four nights.

Breakfast was our favorite part: bread, croissants, pancakes, and fruit, with the staff always offering more coffee or tea. They were so accommodating, and their English was very good, which was reassuring since I don’t speak much French or Arabic. The rooftop was another great place to relax, with sunbeds, tables, and chairs. We loved the stay and found the staff brilliant and welcoming. It was our first time in a riad, and I’m so glad we chose this one. The location was great. We didn’t mind walking in from the main road for a quieter spot, though finding it was a bit of a maze. A brilliant gem in Marrakech.

A lovely terrace for breakfast and a small pool that was just right after a day exploring the souks. The riad is ideally located for seeing lots of sights, and it’s a beautiful mix of traditional and modern. Everything was very clean, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. I’d stay again and couldn’t recommend it more.

The service and central location made our stay at Riad Mirage a great experience. The medina square is about five minutes away, and the staff were attentive. When we arrived, a lovely woman helped us and shared the information we needed. Breakfast was great, too. One thing to flag: the pool wasn't clean, so I wouldn't swim unless it's been cleaned since.
