The bathroom was a decent size, the shower had hot water when we needed it, and staff cleaned the room daily. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was fine, apart from the instant coffee, and there was some variety for the first two mornings. On Sunday, the third morning, we got day-old bread and nothing extra, even though nearby bakeries make fresh bread every day. We left at 3am that night, so didn’t have breakfast on the fourth day. The rooftop area is nice, though the cushions need a thorough cleaning, and my spouse liked the small pool in the main courtyard. The location was good and fairly quiet, about a 15-minute walk to the Medina area. We were surprised to be asked for a large cash down payment when we arrived, since we’d booked through an agency, and they didn’t accept credit cards. I know many riads have smaller rooms than standard hotels, and I don’t mind a snug space for a night or two. But we stayed four nights, and this room was really tight. To get to the closet, the only place to store things, we had to close the door. A large suitcase wouldn’t have fit, though luckily we had smaller bags.

We found this Riad to be incredible value. It’s just outside the busy souks, so it stayed calm and quiet while still being close to everything. The roof had a fantastic view, and breakfast was the best we’ve had. All the staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10, would recommend!

We had a peaceful, charming stay at Riad Moonlight in Marrakech. The whole team was amazing with our kids, and we felt truly welcome. Special thanks to Ayoub and Ashraf for going above and beyond. The location was excellent, a short walk from the main square and close to Bacha Coffee, which was a big plus. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

The owner was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and helped us with everything. She even put up with a late-night bath, which is unusual, and offered to make breakfast earlier than usual because we had to leave at 6am. The location is great too. And I had the best shower of my life, it felt more like a spa than an ordinary shower. I’d come back anytime to enjoy the beauty of this Riad.

The area isn’t very touristy, which makes it peaceful. There’s a taxi rank just around the corner, along with small shops for water and snacks and a few fast food places. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the main square, and the hosts were very friendly and made sure we had Google Maps open. Our room was roomy enough for four people and had AC. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh bread and a bit of variety each day.
