The staff were very accommodating, and the room was a little cosy. Breakfast was the usual Moroccan style. The Riad is in a great spot in the old part of the Medina.

A rooftop breakfast was nice, and there are a pool and jacuzzi up there, though it was too cold to use either in December. We were there at the end of December 2025. The heater in our room wasn't working properly, so nights were uncomfortable, and the bed wasn't comfortable either. The room was quite small and dark. The location in the middle of the Medina is good. Fine for one night, but I wouldn't choose it for two. It might be better in summer.

The bed and shower were great, and breakfast was great too. It's on a main straight route to the square, so it's easy to find, right at the edge of the medina. I'll definitely come back!

The dirty robe was completely unacceptable for a place that claims to provide relaxation and hygiene. The hammam also fell well short of what was advertised: the steamer didn't work, and nobody told me before the service. When I asked, I was falsely told the steam was automatic. I complained to the receptionist, but got no real fix or compensation. They said they were fixing it and still charged the full price. The staff's lack of honesty and professionalism made the visit frustrating and unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this hammam.

Everyone was so kind, and the location was great. I was on crutches and they helped us so much. I felt welcome right away, like I was at home.
