We enjoyed the hammam services in the Spa and felt rejuvenated after a day of sightseeing. The breakfasts offered plenty of variety, including fresh juice, warm breads, eggs, tea, and coffee. There's also a beautiful courtyard and rooms, plus outdoor dining on the third level with lovely sunrise skies. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and focused on guest service. This is an outstanding riad in Marrakesh. We plan to make it our home whenever we're there again, and we'll encourage our friends to stay too.

The staff were warm, attentive, and clearly committed to making our visit memorable. We loved the food, with delicious Moroccan flavors in every meal. Palais Riad Razala & Spa felt like a cultural experience that left us with memories of Morocco's beauty and hospitality. The decor, atmosphere, and intricate details transported us to another world as soon as we arrived. Highly recommended!

We arrived very late at night, but someone from the staff welcomed us without any problem. Reception is open 24 hours. The room was delightful, with daily room service and a generous breakfast. The restaurant serves typical Moroccan food, and the hammam and massage were a great experience. Wonderful riad, with really awesome staff!

We spent a week at Razala with my fiancé and had a fantastic time. The Suite with Jacuzzi was just what we wanted, and we couldn't have asked for better. The cuisine was amazing, the best we tasted in Marrakech. The heated pool, city-view terrace, and SPA made the Palais a peaceful, luxurious oasis in the Medina. Amine was friendly and professional even before we arrived, and the whole team was lovely and great. Thanks so much to Bouchra, Fatimzahra, Halima, Anissa, Youssef, Mohamed, and Ayoub. The staff made our stay unforgettable, and we'll definitely be back!☺️

The rooms feel like they're in a palace, and the riad and pool are amazing. You're right in the middle of the real Medina. The people are so nice and helpful.
