Adam was attentive and professional throughout, guiding us and making sure we were comfortable. Manel also made our stay feel special, looking after our room each day and preparing delicious meals. Her warmth and kindness meant a lot. The Riad felt peaceful and authentic, and it’s well placed for exploring the Medina while still offering a quiet retreat. We felt safe and genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. It was a meaningful, comfortable stay in Marrakech.

Adam and his team went out of their way to make our family feel special, from our arrival through to our departure. The Riad is beautiful, tranquil, and relaxing. Menel prepared wonderful food, with such care in every meal, and even the afternoon snacks waiting for us after exploring were a thoughtful touch. We had told them not to prepare breakfast on our last day because of our early flight, but Adam still got up to make us breakfast at 5am. Menel also insisted on baking a cake for us to take along. Adam is an exceptional host and a beautiful soul. I recommend Riad Porte Royale to anyone wanting a special place to stay.

Adam made check-in easy and gave us plenty of ideas for activities, places to eat, and getting around the city. The kebab spot he suggested really hit the spot. The area was lovely, and the walk to the souk we visited often took about 20 minutes. It felt quiet and very safe, and the distance was manageable. We also loved the breakfast spread, which was delicious. Juice, tea, coffee, and filtered water were available at all times. The service helped make our Marrakech vacation one of our most memorable. We’ll recommend this Riad to friends and look forward to coming back.

Adam explained everything step by step when we arrived and gave us directions. He also helped us book places of interest and restaurants, and the other staff were respectful and lovely. Breakfast was good each day. The hotel was clean and calm, and it was easy to walk to everything, including the market. After long days out, we’d come back to a tidy room ready for us to rest, and the bathroom was warm and pleasant. Adam was a kind, honorable man who helped make this trip memorable for my husband and me. It was our best trip, and I’d definitely return to spend a few more days with the warm people of Morocco. I recommend Porte Royal Hotel.
