Riad Rafaele & Spa

Brahim and Souleymane were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. They handled our luggage, topped up our water, shared local tips, arranged taxis and even walked us to meet them. When a photographer came to take pictures of my husband and me, the staff made him comfortable too and served him tea while he waited. We had a beautiful, peaceful room on the ground floor. The decor was full of thoughtful details, and the modern, spotless washroom had stone finishes that kept a traditional Moroccan feel. The whole Riad was clean and beautifully decorated, with a quiet, safe oasis-like atmosphere tucked into the souks. We were amazed by the warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we'd love to return.

We loved staying at Riad Rafaele. The two ladies arranged a wonderful hamam and massage spa experience for us. Souloymane, Ibrahim, eridouan and the rest of the team were such lovely hosts.

We used this lovely Riad as our base for overnight trips to the desert and coast, and every time we came back, the staff welcomed us like family. They were unbeatable, always helpful and courteous, and made us feel so welcome. We had an AmZing time in Morocco and at this Riad. It's one of the best hotel-type places I've stayed!

The Riad is clean and very nice, right inside the Medina, so you can step outside and be among the markets and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Ibrahim, Suleiman and Ridhwan were a delight to deal with and made the stay memorable. I'd absolutely recommend it and will definitely come back.
