The location is handy, but there are at least a couple dozen other riads in the same area, so I wouldn’t recommend this one. The room felt very unclean. The table and bedside tables were sticky and dirty, the floor looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and there were other people’s hairs on the bed linen and towels. There was no fresh air and the lighting was poor. The only window looked onto the inner courtyard, so we couldn’t leave it open during the day without losing privacy. At night we had to leave it open, or the room felt like a cave. Breakfast was okay, but the dishes were worn, and the cups had chipped rims. You can buy dishes in Marrakech on the street for coins. Maybe the other rooms were better, but we weren’t lucky enough to get one of those.

The rooms were fine, but the bathroom smelled really bad. Customer service was very supportive, and breakfast was top notch. Everything is nearby, about a five minute walk to the main attractions. For one or two nights, it’s good value for money.

It was clean and comfortable, right in the center of Lmedina. There are lots of restaurants and shops around, and it’s close to the tourist spots.

It’s not a luxurious place, but I’d recommend it for the friendly staff and how thoroughly the rooms and shared areas were cleaned every day. It’s really close to the main square, and the staff even helped us wash our clothes. The rooftop is nice for reading or relaxing, though there’s no view.

It was easy to get around from here, since the riad is in Marrakesh’s old alleys and close to Jemaa El Fna Square. The place was quiet and nice, the rooms were clean, and I loved the breakfast. The people working there were very nice, especially Abdel, who was always smiling and ready to listen. I had a good experience.
