Breakfast on the terrace, with its stunning city views, was a perfect start to each day. There was a different delicious option every morning. The Riad is beautiful and well located, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Islam.

Our host Islam was so approachable and helpful, and made getting around much easier for us. The medina riad is lovely, with a beautiful rooftop breakfast and lots of attractions within walking distance. One thing to bear in mind is that taxis can’t come right to the riad, so it’s about a 15 minute walk to one. Staying in the medina can be a bit tricky for that reason.

The rooftop areas were nice, and it was good value overall. Breakfast was excellent, and the beds were better than at some of the other places we stayed in Morocco. The rooms are small, though most riads around here seem to be that way. The staff lady didn’t seem very friendly, maybe she had other things on her mind. Be ready to walk through the market to get here, since cars can’t drive to the riad.

Breakfast on the terrace was tasty, and the room was nice and spacious. I know rooms in smaller riads can sometimes feel cramped, but that wasn’t the case here. A good experience overall.

Even though it’s in the Medina, the Riad is absolutely stunning and very quiet. Mohamed deserves a special thank you for being so kind and available throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and forthcoming, room service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Marrakech.
