What stays with us most is the warm, sincere hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt like family rather than guests. A heartfelt thank you to the owner Simo, and especially to the younger Simo, whose kindness, friendly manner, and communication made everything feel easy and joyful. He was always smiling, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. The riad is charming, full of color, and beautifully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style. Its atmosphere is calm and warm, and it made us feel part of Marrakech’s magic. To us, this is more than a place to stay, it feels like a home filled with friendship, beauty, and the spirit of Morocco. We couldn’t recommend it more! 🌿✨

The staff were really sweet, and the rooftop was a lovely place to have a delicious breakfast. My room was cleaned every day and had a nice shower. I’d recommend staying here and would come back.

We weren’t sure what to expect as we were led through the Medina’s narrow lanes, but Riad Villa El Arsa turned out to be a peaceful oasis. The room stayed cool and was comfortable, and the service was attentive and excellent. We especially liked eating breakfast on the quiet rooftop terrace. It was a lovely welcome to Marrakech, and I’d happily return on another visit. I highly recommend it if you want somewhere calm that’s still close to the heart of the city.

We booked at the last minute and only spent one night, but felt very welcome. On arrival, the staff brought us drinks, carried our luggage to the room, and took time to explain the local area. The room was lovely and clean, with a fabulous shower and a cozy feel. Breakfast was very good too. We’d definitely stay again.

The breakfast is still on our minds. Homemade eggs, yogurt, and marmalade, just perfect! We spent two wonderful nights at Villa El Arsa. The hotel manager picked us up at the airport at 1 a.m.; everything was well coordinated, and we got settled quickly. It’s close to the main square and right in the middle of the souq, a perfect base for a couple of nights in Marrakesh.
