The team at Riad Zineb really made our trip. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, and I don't want to name individuals in case I leave someone out. The staff at the nearby main Riad Karmela were helpful too. Dinner at Karmela on the rooftop terrace is definitely worth having. We had room 2 on the ground floor, opening onto the patio and pool area. It was large, with a good sized en suite and a big shower. Drinking water was replenished daily, though a mini fridge would be a useful addition. Breakfast had lots of choice and was so good, served on the rooftop terrace. Older guests should know there are quite a few steep steps to get up there. After very hot days of sightseeing, with temperatures in the high 90s and reaching 101degs one day, the pool was refreshing. The location is great, right in the heart of the walled city. I'd recommend using the hotel taxi service from the airport. My daughter and I had a fantastic time and would choose Riad Zineb again if we're lucky enough to visit Marrakesh. We stayed in the family suite for 3 persons and loved it. The old town location is perfect, and inside the riad it was completely peaceful, a welcome contrast to the busy streets. Everything was spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly. Doha put together a delicious breakfast with cheeses, meat, fresh bread and pastries, eggs, coffee, and tea, all at a fantastic price. Definitely ask the Riad to arrange an airport transfer for €15 each way. It's hard to find the first time, and they meet you and take you straight there. I can't recommend the stay highly enough.

We visited in January, and this review is overdue. The Riad Karmella reception team next door were part of the excellent service, along with Hakim and Doha. Even our hammam visit couldn't have been better. Breakfast was lovely, and the welcoming staff suggested nice places to visit. The location can be tricky the first time, but it's easy to find your way back once you've worked it out. We took a cab from the airport on arrival, but had the Riad arrange our ride back, which was a much better experience. Everyone was extremely professional and made our first trip to Morocco really enjoyable. A great riad in the heart of Marrakech, and we will definitely return.

The rooms, rooftop, and breakfast area were all perfect, and the location was great for our trip to Marrakech. What made the stay so amazing, though, was the staff. They were kind and helpful to our group, knew so much about Marrakech, and never made any request feel like too much. Aziz and Amine were always there with restaurant suggestions, directions, and useful advice. A huge thank you to them for helping us throughout our stay.

The pool had no water, which was a shame, but the cats playing around, busy birds, and lazy tortoise still made the space enchanting. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredible, so helpful and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend.
