Stars Hotel

Khalid and Husna were both so kind during our stay. The hotel’s airport shuttle costs 150MAD and made getting around Marrakech easier. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and our room was spotless, including the washroom, and smelled really nice. The wifi worked well too. I had no complaints about the room and highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially Omi at reception. My room was spacious and clean, and there was a great range of breakfast options. The location was convenient: Koutoumpia, the entrance to the Medina, was about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride costing 50 dirham. I had a very pleasant stay.

We arrived early and were able to get our rooms straight away. The staff also kept our luggage all day until we left in the evening, which was very professional. Rooms were clean and a good size, with a nice terras, and the breakfast buffet was lovely. There are lots of places within walking distance. A very nice hotel to stay at during a Marrakech visit.

They even surprised us with a lovely in-room anniversary treat. The staff were kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. We also enjoyed the buffet’s authentic Moroccan flavours, made extra special by live traditional music. The location is superb, steps from the Medina and major sights, and the amenities were top-notch at accessible prices. Excellent value for money.
