The central location in a pleasant neighborhood was a plus, and the room and hotel facilities were good quality. The employees were friendly and helpful throughout. I had nothing to complain about, just a great experience.

We had a really bad experience and felt there was no respect for clients. The woman was so rude that she even kicked us out. There was a misunderstanding, but we spoke politely and professionally, while they treated us as if we'd stolen something. It was such a shameful situation, I hardly have words for it. It's very shameful. You've disgraced Morocco in front of foreigners.

The price was very reasonable, and I had a pleasant stay at Gardenia Boutique Hôtel in Rabat two weeks ago. Breakfast was small and didn't offer much variety. The room was medium-sized with a comfortable bed, though I think cleanliness needs attention. The air conditioning worked very well. The location is excellent, with restaurants and cafés nearby, including Starbucks and McDonald’s, plus a Moroccan café at the hotel. Parking is available in front, but spaces are limited. I might return if cleanliness improves and the breakfast choices get better.
