The rooftop has a lovely view, and the rooms were clean. It’s tucked into the Medina of Safi, so finding it the first time can be tricky, though that’s part of the charm and adventure. The owner is smart and really friendly. Such a cool place, pretty spectacular.

A lovely view over the Medina, and the rooms are clean with a beautiful interior. It can take a bit of effort to find the place, but people around the Medina bazaar will point you in the right direction. Inside, it feels like stepping back in time, with modern appliances.

We first visited more than ten years ago and I remember thinking it was magical. We returned for Valentines Day in 2025, and somehow it was even better. The rooms were wonderful, and the hostesses gave us the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced. They seemed genuinely happy to see us. It had that old style Moroccan hospitality. Can’t recommend it enough.

The women on staff were especially kind and accommodating, and their warm hospitality was one of the highlights of our trip. The Riad itself had a lovely atmosphere, and our stay was pleasant overall. The entrance could be made more inviting, since it didn’t give the best first impression. The rooms were decent but could use some upgrades for comfort and appearance. Even with those issues, I’d still recommend the place for its welcoming feel and wonderful staff.

The location makes it easy to get around, with several good rooftop restaurants nearby. You’re right in the middle of the old city medina. Breakfast was impeccable, with local treats, coffee, and eggs made to order. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with a real riad feel.
