Oasis Lodges

We had a really positive stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year. At lunch, walyde, the restaurant manager, was professional and made sure everything went well. Breakfast was a treat each morning, thanks to omayma’s warm service and samira’s wonderful eggs. We also had lovely conversations and felt welcome throughout. Thanks so much, see you next year 🥰🥰❤️ 🛩🛩🇲🇦🇬🇧

We booked three nights but left after just one. There wasn’t much for the kids to do, especially in the rain. The indoor pool at the aqua-park was closed, and it’s about a 10-minute walk away, outside the hotel, so it wasn’t available whenever we wanted. It seemed more like a public pool. Breakfast was poor and the coffee was undrinkable. The minibar was overpriced, so the stay didn’t feel worth what we paid. They said it was high season, though maybe summer is when they have better options. We also heard people say there’s little to do nearby besides driving to the Medina and walking around.

We were very disappointed staying here with our children. There was no entertainment or activities for adults or kids, and there wasn’t even Christmas decoration, so it felt like being at home rather than in a hotel. The pool wasn’t heated and we couldn’t use it during our stay. Apart from sleeping and eating, there was nothing to do. The breakfast buffet was the one decent part, though only okay and not impressive for the high price. The food itself had no taste. You can get a much better, more varied breakfast at a small Medina restaurant for a fraction of the cost. Nadya was kind, and I’m grateful to her for that.

The meals were a highlight, with delicious food served in a lively, welcoming setting. The restaurant manager was friendly and funny, and we had a good laugh about him supporting Manchester United while I don’t. At breakfast, nadya stayed attentive and kind even with a busy restaurant, and her smile made mornings feel special. When we arrived, check-in was quick and professional, and we were offered tea and pastries. My room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed. The one frustrating part was trying to make a simple request to a housekeeper who didn’t speak English, so it wasn’t fulfilled. Basic language training for the housekeeping team could improve things for international guests. I’d recommend the hotel for its comfort, food, and warm atmosphere, and I’m looking forward to returning next year.
