We lost hours of our vacation waiting outside while the host negotiated for a cleaner to come back. The host did apologize and offered free towels, which would normally cost extra, but that didn't make up for the dirty sheets or the awful start to our stay. The villa was dusty enough to set off coughing fits in our family, and it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. I was especially frustrated because I'd seen this mentioned in earlier reviews and the host had specifically assured me it would be clean. Even after the cleaner came, the bed sheets still hadn't been changed. The host is nice, but the management felt chaotic and unreliable. We can't recommend staying here right now, though hopefully things improve in the future.
