Our school trip there turned into a terrible experience. The staff treated us badly and acted unprofessionally. We also went quad biking, which seems to be what the place is known for, and there was an accident. A girl lost her teeth and needed surgery. There was no insurance, to our surprise, and they even asked us to cover the quad’s damage. It’s quite far from Marrakech, so getting back to the city takes a while. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The pool was spacious and pleasant, and they brought us towels when they noticed we were swimming. We also liked the restaurant. Our room was tucked away from the street, and when we requested extra sheets and towels, they brought them straight over. The staff were very nice, and it’s a good place to stay for a night.

A quiet spot to get away from city noise, with clean, well-equipped rooms. There’s a swimming pool and a nice restaurant too. It’s still around 20 minutes from Marrakesh, and the area is good for relaxing.

We visited in February and waited more than an hour and a half to be served. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and seemed to favor their regular customers. We ordered two items but got four, even though I speak fluent Moroccan. The bread was cold and dry, and the chips were cold, dry, and burnt. We left three quarters of the meal on the table. Then the waiter charged us the full 300 DH. You got one chance from me, and that’s it.

We booked through airbnb, and the regular price seems pretty high. It’s a hotel apartment, but there are no cooking supplies or laundry service, so I’d say it’s suited to a vacation rather than a long stay. The room was okay, and the pool was nice and relaxing. The shower curtain is very short, there were no plastic liners in the bins, and the small fridge’s freezer didn’t work. They take cards and cash, and there’s parking outside. A huge restaurant is right beside the hotel. Staff were friendly, and the cleaner changed the towels every day.
