Idris and Elham made us feel genuinely welcome, and Idris shared lots of useful local knowledge to help us find good routes, viewpoints, and hidden spots. If you’re traveling by motorcycle, Villa des Étoiles is a handy base for exploring the Atlas Mountains, with stunning roads just minutes away. It was always lovely to return to this friendly, peaceful place after a day out. Tucked just off the main road, the little oasis is quiet and ideal for unwinding. We visited during Ramadan, so food options were more limited and alcohol wasn’t available. That didn’t spoil our stay, but it’s useful to know if you’re planning meals or evening drinks. Villa des Étoiles is well run and has warm hospitality. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The terrace is a lovely quiet spot for some fresh air, with a beautiful view toward the mountains. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was wonderful. We slept well on the comfortable beds, and the air conditioning worked efficiently. Villa des étoiles is a great place to stay in Ourika.

The hosts were great, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. They served a substantial breakfast and even cooked me a delicious Chicken Tagine. A great place to stay in Ourika, and I’d highly recommend it.

The location worked really well for visiting a variety of attractions, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The hosts were super friendly and arranged meals, an airport transfer, and a driver and guide for our Atlas Mountains hike. They also shared lots of valuable local information. The whole stay was beyond our expectations.

The gardens, waterfalls, and scenic spots around Ourika are only a short taxi ride away, so it’s a convenient base for seeing the area. This family-run guest house was a great first stop in Morocco for me, and I’m glad I started there. They made it easy to settle into a new country and culture, were welcoming and helpful with ideas for making the most of my trip, and cooked some of the most delicious meals.
