The food and beverage service was first class, and every interaction felt thoughtful. I’ve stayed at five-star hotels across Europe and Asia, and this was one of the most stunning places I’ve experienced, on a level with the Ritz in Paris. I spent three nights in a very large, quiet one-bedroom as part of a Forbes Travel Guide Summit. The suite and shared spaces felt elevated, with privacy and luxury clearly given top priority. It was an absolutely lovely stay, an easy five stars. I wanted for nothing.

I felt at home here from the start. The staff greeted me by name with genuine smiles, the hotel tour was perfectly arranged, and the dining and location were great. The attention to detail was meticulous: my room was spotless and checked several times each day, and even the macarons on my table were replenished. I couldn’t find a single shortcoming. The room doors impressed me too, with their integrated chains. If you’re a celebrity or worried about being kidnapped, it seemed like the German KSK would be needed to get through them. I’ve stayed in presidential suites elsewhere and enjoyed this stay more. Whether you want a simple room or a 40K-a-night suite, they have you covered. This might be my favorite hotel in the world, and it’s definitely at the top of its game. Usually I can think of one thing to improve after a pitch, but I’d be hard pressed to name anything here. Thank you for such inspiring care and attention to detail. I want to bring that same level of detail to my daily work.

The room was spacious and came with a balcony. They walked me there and shared ideas for things to do on vacation, and there’s so much within walking distance. From the moment I arrived, I felt looked after and pampered. If you’re torn between this place and another resort, stay here. It’ll make your vacation. Amazing!!!

The location is unbeatable, and the welcome and check-in were super friendly. The concierge took care of reservations easily, and the rooms are nice if you like this style. One letdown was the airport shuttle: compared with a taxi, it costs triple, though the car is an EQS. I expected more for that price. A helicopter is also an option, and actually isn’t that expensive. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

The hotel was comfortable and well maintained, and the service made the whole stay outstanding. Check-in was warm and efficient, and checking out was just as smooth. Special thanks to Tarek from Bar Americain for the extra care and attention. His professionalism and genuine hospitality made a real difference and gave the experience a personal touch. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it ♥️
