7 Hills Suites

The location and staff were the only positives for us. The details on Google are misleading, this isn't a four-star hotel. Our room had a broken window and a light that didn't work, and the soap was mostly water. The sofa bed was broken into a V shape in the middle and was impossible to sleep on. I really don't understand the good reviews. I can't recommend it at all.

There was nobody at reception when we arrived, so we waited 15 minutes. I can't believe this is supposed to be a four-star hotel 😂😂😂 The building is in the city center, but it's in terrible shape, narrow and run-down. In the room, there was only hand wash, no shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. The lights and curtain were broken too. A very bad experience.

The room, listed as a Suite, was clean, the bed was comfortable, and Vera, the manager, was friendly and helpful. It's a great-value stay, with a reasonable rate for the quality. There's also a bakery/cafe, a pekarica, next door that's open every day. Check-in starts at 8 am, so you may be able to go straight to your room after a morning flight, but check with Vera beforehand. The shower has wear and tear. Its mounted head was damaged, so I had to use the hose, and most of the side sprays didn't work. The WiFi signal was weak too. Even with my laptop just five meters away, I had to leave the door open to get a better connection.

There was mold on the apartment walls, and it hadn't been disinfected. There's no parking provided, only public parking that you have to pay for. The place is noisy, with no heat or sound insulation, and staff start cleaning rooms very early, before 7 am. It claims to be four-star accommodation, but in my view it doesn't deserve even one. I don't recommend it.
