Hotel Holiday

The modern design may give a good first impression, but the experience was terrible. We were on the outskirts of the city, with a lot of noise outside and no nearby restaurants. The hotel restaurant was closed, so we couldn't order dinner and had to go to sleep hungry. Breakfast was horrible: only 5-6 choices, three of them different kinds of eggs. The most shocking part for everyone in my group was that there were no napkins at all, even after we asked. I don't know what this hotel's 3-star or 4-star rating is based on, but it wasn't a nice stay.

The location isn't perfect, but it's convenient to get into town and back within several minutes, and parking is freely available at the property. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The front desk service was helpful, though breakfast service less so. We arrived around 30 minutes before closing, and all the hot food was cold. I'd certainly return.

The room was only about 4 sqm, impossible to stay in, and I couldn't even open my luggage. They wouldn't refund anything so I could go to another hotel. A negative experience, and I don't recommend it.

The hotel has been renovated throughout, and the rooms are clean and new. The staff were very kind, and breakfast was great. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
