Marija at the front desk was the highlight of our visit. She was warm, professional, and gave us helpful recommendations from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location right in the heart of everything made exploring the city easy and stress-free. We had a fantastic stay thanks to the great setting and dedicated team, and we'll certainly return.

The location was good, and they easily arranged an airport transfer for us. But the place felt a bit run down. A bedsheet had a hole exposing the mattress, and there was only one towel for three people. The window wouldn't close, so the room was noisy at night, and when we tried to shut it, the handle came off. Breakfast was cold meats that hadn't been refrigerated, and there was a hair on the bread. Fine for one night, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

Rooms varied a lot in our group of eight. One had no toilet seat, one had a wall-mounted shower sprayer by the toilet, and another had empty soap dispensers. None had blankets, just sheets. Some rooms were acceptable, and a few had been renovated nicely, though their views looked onto a trashy alley. Breakfast was average but acceptable. I think we could have done better, but the tour company chooses.

The staff were friendly and the location was nice. I liked the decor, and they had my favorite Rituals products, shower gel and hand wash. Reception is open 24 hours.

The location is great, the front desk staff were nice, and the AC and hot water worked. But I stayed just one night, and the hotel wasn't very clean or well maintained. The door to my room wouldn't lock properly because the part of the frame it should catch on wasn't attached securely.
