I liked the small but lovely garden, with its veranda and garden tables for sitting in the sunshine. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and the restaurant had a great range of choices. Shopping centers are about 10 minutes away, I think. My bed was too soft and left me with some back pain, and the WiFi in my room wasn’t very strong. Still, I enjoyed my stay at Green Palace and would recommend it and come back.

The garden was beautiful, and the food was really good. The staff were very nice, but I found the owner quite the opposite. We tried contacting the owners on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Booking to ask about an airport transfer, but got no reply. We booked a two bedroom apartment and got one large room with a short wall dividing part of it, with no doors. To me, the room description on Booking didn’t match what we received. There was no key to lock the door, so we had to leave our belongings unattended. The EUR to MGA exchange rate was poor too, so we paid €6 more than expected.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, the food was good, and both the WiFi and electricity were reliable.
