For the price, the value is very good. The food is high quality, and the internet speed is quite acceptable. Motel d'Antananarivo Anosy is a simple but pleasant hotel in the heart of Madagascar's capital. It works well for business meetings, and you can also have a relaxing holiday there. I recommend it for a stay in Antananarivo.

The restaurant is one of the best around Anosy, with quality food, several choices on the menu, and very professional staff. I highly recommend it. At the hotel, my main issue is the tap water. On upper floors, the pressure often gets so low at night that the water stops, which left us having to stay on the ground floor. That’s not reasonable for a 2-star hotel.

What do they think they’re doing with a 10:00 a.m. checkout?! This is Madagascar, where checkout is 12:00 p.m. or later. That recent disrespectful nonsense from certain countries doesn’t apply here. Without me, this hotel, like all those that don’t allow checkout at 12:00 p.m. minimum,

We spent two nights there, and my husband and I won’t be back. The room was so dated it felt like stepping into the 1950s, and the bed creaked a lot. The restaurant was okay, but the pool was constantly overcrowded and noisy. There are newer hotels in Antananarivo that offer much better options for less money.
