I really enjoyed my stay. It was so quiet, with no street noise, which was a relief after my previous places in Antananarivo. The restaurant and bar had plenty of interesting, tasty options at affordable prices, and the elevator was a real help. I liked the antique but cozy decor too. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and seemed happy to help. Most spoke fluent English, and they kept me supplied with fresh linen and toiletries. The space heater was very useful as well. I felt like a valued guest and would stay again if I return to Antananarivo.

The pool and the area around it were well kept, with space to sunbathe or relax, and we were very happy with our rooms. The staff were all lovely and the service attentive. I give the location five stars for getting to the airport, though the city itself isn’t really my thing. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

I had a decent stay there. The staff were very friendly, and the food was good too.

2/10
The room was filthy, with bugs and bedbugs, and the service was terrible and unprofessional. Tissues wouldn’t flush, and turning on the cold shower brought very hot water. At breakfast, the fruit and juice were mostly empty, and this was the first hotel where we were charged for eggs or an omelette. Even one star feels like too much. Worst hotel ever, think twice before booking.
