Metropol Hotel

From the room and the outdoor areas, there are panoramic views over the lake, and the sunsets are amazing. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the service was great.

The location is the one real plus, with an amazing view. The rooms and hotel feel like they’ve gone back to the 60s, old and dated, and my room hadn’t been cleaned properly. The fridge had stains and food left inside. They also charge you for the pool chairs, which I’ve never come across elsewhere.

The hotel is in a good position and seems to have what you need to rest, but my experience today was really bad. There were kids everywhere, on every floor and on the stairs, like it was a kindergarten. They were making so much noise, and one of them even touched my behind. When I asked what he was doing, he just smiled. It’s a shame because this is a very good hotel. Management should do something so children respect the guests and behave properly. A hotel like this isn’t a place for kids to play football in the lobby, they should play outside.

The food was terrible, and our rooms were dirty. We also had no hot water for two days straight. The location was the only good part, with a nice view of the lake.
