Guest House Ginek

The location is the only thing this villa has going for it. We waited five hours for the rooms to be cleaned, and they were still dirty when we got in. The floor was dusty, something sticky was smeared on the table, crumbs filled the drawers, and some handles were broken. We had to put on our own duvet covers and were told to clean the rooms ourselves. We also had to take the rubbish out, since there are only small bathroom bins and no large bins in the villa. The water was barely lukewarm. Some towel bars were loose, others had fallen off and were left on the window ledge. There was hair in the shower drain, and cobwebs and spiders in the rooms and corridors. In the first-floor corridor there are two hotplates and a sink, but no cups for guests to use, even though the listing said every room had a kettle.
