Marko, the bartender, was professional and friendly, and gave excellent service. That was the bright spot in a stay where I didn't feel welcome. Reception staff came across as arrogant and unfriendly, and the room had no phone number or directions for contacting reception. At €170 a night without breakfast, the price didn't match the quality. The place felt unhygienic. In the first room, the toilet gave off a strong sewage smell. The second room wasn't properly clean either, the toilet still smelled bad, and the curtain was only half attached. My Caesar salad arrived without chicken. I complained, and they took it away and brought it back with chicken added, explaining they'd forgotten it. The spa was too noisy to relax in, with people talking on phones and filming, and children playing loudly.

The spa services were amazing, and the breakfast staff were very polite. We stayed for 3 nights, had a clean, nice room, and received nice service. It's a great location for a city trip in Skopje. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were polite and willing to help, and the hotel has a good spa and gym. The location is very good too. My room was okay, though there was hair on the carpet, and the mirror and windows hadn't been cleaned. It's a good hotel, but not worth this price.

The breakfast was awesome, and all the workers were polite. We only stayed one night, but the hotel is right in the center of Skopje. If you rent a car from Sixt, either at the hotel or airport, you can park at the hotel for free. Our room was 714, and there was an issue with the windows. We arrived around midnight and didn't mention it because we didn't want to switch rooms. The room was warm. I think we'll come back. Thanks to everyone for being polite.

The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of the city and handy for exploring Skopje. Nearby clubs make some noise at night, but it dies down around midnight and didn't affect my sleep. The rooms felt true to international Marriott standards, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were helpful and professional throughout, so it was a high quality stay that lived up to the Marriott name.
