Win Guesthouse - Burmese Only

The river view is a real plus, and the price is fair, though cleanliness could be better. Breakfast was fine, with both Burmese and American options. Room sizes seemed pretty similar. There's no lift in the three-storey building, so if stairs aren't an issue and you want the cheapest room, the third-floor rooms near the stairs have the best view.

We were charged for things that didn't seem reasonable, even though the room itself was already in poor shape. They hadn't left fresh towels or other new items, either. The worst part was being billed for a dirty pillow that was already dirty before we arrived. Personally, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There's a nice sunset view by the Than Lwin river. For a budget visit to Kayin state, this hotel is one option, with ordinary prices and food. It's somewhere in the mid-range.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the service was good. The rooms are nice and come with plenty of amenities. The bathtub is there, but it's too small.
