The flowers are vibrant and the views are great. It’s a peaceful place, and even though the infrastructure is outdated, it still does the job.

A nice hotel in Kalaw, with good value for the price.

The resort is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You get mountain views around the property, so it’s cold early in the morning and late in the evening. For what you pay, the service didn’t meet my expectations. The staff weren’t very friendly, the breakfast food wasn’t served warm, and the rooms need some maintenance, for example the toilet. The resort is quite expensive, so that was disappointing.

The setting is comfortable and pleasant, with fresh air and a nice view. Rooms are large, and the decor varies depending on the price. The reception hall is in a separate building, which is an interesting detail. The desk service was warm and polite, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant with sunset views that serves dinner until 8pm. Food and drinks cost a little more than elsewhere, but the hotel itself is very good for its atmosphere, facilities, and breakfast.
