The timber decor is nice, and it might appeal to foreigners looking for a different experience. But the rooms are so tight that I didn't feel comfortable or refreshed. The rates seem about the same as other hotels, even though this one is small.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the little room was clean and well located. We had to leave before breakfast started, so I can't comment on it.

A short walk or tuk-tuk ride gets you to restaurants and cafes, and the location is close to the moat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a small hotel, with a lovely wooden interior that makes the place feel intimate.

The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities. Staff were warm and welcoming, greeted me with a drink, and arranged a taxi for my return to the airport. The location worked well for me too, close to Mandalay Palace and Indian restaurants.
