It's on the main road, with Than Lwin, the Great river, and some nice views to enjoy. Strand road is just a two-minute walk away, and there are lots of local and international food and drink options nearby. I think it should have budget rooms around $5 for local people, as well as moderate rooms for backpackers.

This motel is surprisingly good, better than some 3 stars hotels. It has a full set of facilities: a bar fridge, TV, Smart Card access, hot and cold water, clean bath water, a work table and chair, comfortable beds with clean blanks, bath towels, hot drinking water, free coffee and drinking water, a telephone, and room service. Basically, it's a 3+ stars hotel disguised as a motel.
