Casa Yangon Hotel

The breakfast was included, but there was no buffet and very little choice. They brought a small portion to my room from a few options. By then, after the rest of the stay, I was already fed up. I’d read lots of positive reviews, but my experience was the opposite. It was an affordable hotel, yet the service didn’t meet even the basics. I arrived at the time I’d arranged with reception and the room still wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom was extremely unsanitary, with human hair on the floor. There were holes and stains on the bedsheet too, which made me wonder whether the nightly price was worth it. They also made excuses for not giving me my own room key. It seemed suspicious, but I let it go because I was exhausted from traveling. I barely slept. Around midnight to 1 a.m., staff were chatting and laughing loudly in the stairway. At first I thought it might be guests next door, so I didn’t think much about complaining. But it went on, and when I went out to check, I saw it was hotel staff. If you’re considering staying here because it’s affordable, be aware that there are better options for a similar price. Stay safe, everyone.
