I spent a week here a few years ago. It was peaceful and clean, with a good, clean bed, and it wasn't expensive. Breakfast was included. I'd stay again next time I visit Yangon.

The rooms aren't very good, and the service was bad. Noise carries from one room to another, and Chinese women were shouting loudly all night. Only low-standard Chinese people rent rooms there.

I stay here every time I come to Yangon. It's clean, the staff are very hospitable, and the location is hard to beat. Right in the middle of Chinatown, with restaurants all around the doorstep.
