The grounds are green, the property is clean, and the service is excellent. A very nice hotel, and one to stay at in Yangon.

It's downtown near Myanmar Plaza, and the room rate is fair.

The staff were warm and helpful, and I felt very safe traveling alone as a woman. Breakfast was great too. There was a 10-minute power outage, but the hotel apologized with a letter, a bowl of fruit, and a necklace. That's hospitality taken to another level.

A fair price for the service. It's quiet enough for relaxing indoors or writing without crowds, but not very convenient for going out to dinner since restaurants, food bars, and markets are a bit far from the hotel.

For a three-star hotel in Bahan, Yangon, the quality is reasonable and the staff are attentive, polite, and courteous. The rooms feel dated, though, and the shower is awkward to use. Management would need to renovate the rooms if they want to make it a four-star hotel.
