Roly's Hostel

MISA International School arranged rooms at KC Hotel for our foreign teachers. Booking was straightforward, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and getting to nearby shops and transport was easy. We were happy with the experience and would recommend it for its dependable service and standards.

The floors were wet and slippery, and the toilet had a really unpleasant smell. There were cockroaches and a bad smell in the hotel, too. The only reasons I'd stay are that it's close to the airport and has free airport transport.

It's close to the airport but a long way from the city. They offer complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, and the hotel is good value with decent amenities. The food is tasty and affordable. Wi-Fi is available, though the signal is weak and doesn't work well. Staff don't speak English, which makes it hard to communicate.

I only stayed a night before a flight, and for that this place was a great choice. The shuttle ran smoothly and reliably, the staff were attentive and clearly wanted guests to have a good stay, and the food was good. My room was comfortable and the AC was strong. Wi-Fi was weak, but my phone has been having trouble everywhere here, so it could be my device or the country's generally poor internet infrastructure, from what I've heard. For a place this inexpensive, the service really surprised me. Much better than hostels at a similar price, and I'd recommend it for a night before flying.
