The place works really well for kids, with space to live and play alongside other children. There's a saltwater pool, gym, tennis, mini mart, and mini restaurant all together in a compact area. The staff are very attentive and service is available almost 24/7. I've lived here for more than six months and haven't had a major complaint.

The price is incredible, even though the furniture, design, and service are good. I wouldn't call it luxury, but it's really good. In a country like Myanmar, even a 1,000 khyats difference can matter to ordinary people who are paying their own way. Wow!

Peak hour traffic and the loud cawing of the many crows at Kandawgyi Lake can be drawbacks. Still, the service is excellent, and the condo apartments feel exclusive. By the pool, which seems like an oasis amid chaotic Yangon, you could almost forget you're in Myanmar.

There are two towers with a pool for kids and a separate one for adults. It's near the zoological garden and close to downtown. A good place to live, though very expensive, so it's affordable only if your company provides the accommodation.
