The rooms are quite spacious, and the rates are more affordable than most Yangon hotels. It was quiet at night, with no road noise, so it suited us as a family place to stay. It’s peaceful and reasonably priced, though it doesn’t have the luxury or bustle of a five-star hotel. Room cleanliness gets 3.5 out of 5 from me. There was no bad smell. The generator sometimes took an extra half hour to start producing electricity, which was a drawback.

The price was high, but the service was missing. A terrible service experience, the worst I’ve had.

A nice place.

The rooms weren’t up to standard, and there was no daily cleaning. What’s especially hard to understand is that the hotel doesn’t give guests invoices after check-in. They don’t even keep an invoice ledger, relying completely on handwritten records, which is very inconvenient for customers.
