10/10
The coffee in the morning was strong and really good, and the people were friendly. My room was very clean and had good hot water. For the price I had no real complaints, except that the immediate neighborhood looked a little run down. We still felt completely safe.

The hotel is close to the main square, and there's a well-stocked mini market nearby that's handy. The buildings around it look a bit neglected, but the area felt very safe. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. There weren't many other services.

It's clean and the Wi-Fi is good, and the front desk staff are nice. The rooms are basic, around two-star standard, with no air conditioning, fans, or elevator. The restaurant only opens for the breakfast buffet.

2/10
The manager was friendly, but the rest of the staff really need some training. The hotel looks badly damaged and run down, as the photos show. There was no hot water or air conditioning. A noisy construction site is right in front, and at night there are lots of drunk people there. I don't understand the rating.

The rooms are reasonably priced, clean, and have suitable bathrooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shops and the main square are within walking distance.
