The owner speaks English well and is really friendly. My room had a nice view, and the hostel was clean and comfortable. The common area is on the small side, but it has the basics you need. I'd recommend staying here.

Sonny was warm, kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. When I went on a day tour to Tereli National Park, he lent me his jacket because it was cold and I hadn't brought a thick enough one. His brother Bayaraa was also welcoming when he picked me up from the airport close to midnight. The hostel is on the 6th floor of the same building as KFC on Sambuu st., close to restaurants, convenience stores, and the main tourist spots. I booked through Trip.com. The place was warm and clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the big lockers and privacy curtains were great. Hot water worked well, the toilets were a little small but manageable, and the washing machine was free to use. There's a kitchen with free coffee and tea, and the host brings bread for breakfast. I was glad there was a sofa in the kitchen too, since I got to hang out with other travelers. Thanks again for the hospitality. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Mongolia.

Sonny, the owner, was awesome. I couldn't book bus tickets or a hostel in Hatgal, and he helped me a lot. I couldn't have had such a great time in Mongolia without his help. The breakfast and coffee were soooo good, too. The hostel was very clean and cozy, and really close to the city centre. I don't think you'll regret staying here.

The owners were so kind, and the place was clean. It's close to the state department. They served bread for breakfast, which was really good considering the accommodation price. I loved this hostel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable dormitory in UB. Thanks so much for the hospitality. I already miss the place.
