The room made the night especially comfortable: it was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had large, comfy beds. The bathroom was roomy, clean, and modern too. Reception staff greeted us warmly and were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic one-night stay, and would happily come back on another trip to Ulaanbaatar. The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and offered excellent service, so we highly recommend it.

The rooms and bathrooms are quite big compared with brand-name hotels in North America, and each room has a different layout. Room options include two single beds, one king bed, or a king plus a single. Some rooms have actual [source text ends here]. The location is a bit far from the main street for travelers, and this seems to be a hotel for group tours from Korea and China. Also, the room key stops working after one day, so my friends had to keep going back to reception to reset theirs. Definitely not a four-star hotel.

I was in Room 1308, where there were so many problems on the 14th floor that I asked to move. They put me in a worse room on the 10th floor and complained to me, so I switched again to a room on the 13th floor. Given these conditions, I'm really disappointed that this is all the service the hotel provides. I travel around the world as a travel influencer, but I've never had a hotel experience like this so many times. I still can't believe the employee just stared at me when I asked them to call a taxi.

We stayed at the Premium Hotel for two nights, 12-14 May 2023. The room was spacious and had useful facilities, including an electric kettle, mini fridge, and bathtub with hot water. Breakfast came with the room. There wasn't a huge selection, but it was okay, and we had a pleasant stay overall.

We stayed one night as a family. The room was clean and a decent size. Since we had to leave at 5:20 in the morning, they had breakfast ready to take away at reception, along with coffee. Very good service.
