The owners were caring and really helpful. The apartment is lovely, and its spot right by the water is hard to beat. We’ll be back.

There’s plenty to enjoy just a short walk away, from the town square to bars, cafés, and restaurants, and Valletta is only a quick ferry ride. Vittoriosa (Birgu) is a great place to stay if you want Malta’s history right on your doorstep. Grand Harbour View has an incredible outlook from the lounge window, and the location is spot on. The hosts were great, too, with little extras that made a difference.

Getting to the center, the harbor, and the fortress is just a quick walk, and there are watertaxis nearby for Valletta. We had a perfect few days in Vittoriosa, with amazing harbor views.

The views were fantastic and the place was good value. Shame the internet was down on our last day.
